In the episode…
The ship’s bell startles Rory and his mind is suddenly back to the present time; back on the ship heading into the Lochwynd Quay. Light begins to stream in from the grate above. At that loud sound he rolls off the bench, landing with a sudden jolt in his derriere. Rory remembers the cube, stashed away so the guards couldn’t find it. He pulls it out, turning it in his hands.
‘Such a curious thing; such a small thing that has come with me across the world.’ Rory thinks to himself.
